The Metro Tech Downtown Business Campus has partnered with the Oklahoma Quality Foundation to present a free luncheon seminar for companies and leaders who are interested in improving performance.

Is Your Company Dedicated to Results-driven Excellence?

Most role model organizations have great leadership, a vision for the future, an engaging culture, and have a laser-like sense of purpose and mission. However, what sets role model organizations apart is that they also produce results . . . somewhat phenomenal results for their customers, their stakeholders, and their communities. The Framework for Performance Excellence is a map for organizations on the journey to produce outstanding results through role model practices in the areas of leadership, strategy, customer-focus, operations, and workforce-focus. In this session, participants will get a common-sense overview of the Framework, understand how the elements of the Framework are at work every day in virtually every organization, and learn how to leverage the Framework to analyze strengths and opportunities for improvement in their own organizations.

Our Speaker: Cary Hill, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Quality Foundation

The mission of OQF is to be a catalyst for economic prosperity in Oklahoma by promoting the principles of performance excellence and sharing of best practices. Cary was formerly the COO/CFO of MESA, a Tulsa-based provider of corrosion control and pipeline integrity solutions, and a two-time recipient of the prestigious national Baldrige Award for Performance Excellence, the nation’s only Presidential award for role model organizations based on the Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence.
