The Field Guide is the critical companion to leading your career and your organization to Greatness.
This workshop is co-hosted by the Downtown Business Campus and OK Ethics.
See Field Guide co-authors Bill O’Rourke and Dr. Brad Agle discuss inevitable ethical dilemmas and the keys to preparing for them.
Centered on the practical and tactical, the workshop will include discussion about the traits, behaviors and skills critical to the effective functioning of any organization. Based upon years of research, the authors will focus on the tools needed to clarify individual and organizational values and how to find a way forward when these values conflict. Topics, such as keeping your credibility on track, are framed to help leaders navigate issues and problems with ethical implications. The presentation is eligible for SHRM and HRCI (Business) credits.
The workshop will be followed by the OK Ethics luncheon at 11:30 at the Petroleum Club. The luncheon requires a separate registration: REGISTER HERE
The DBC will host an Open House and book signing immediately after the luncheon.
