Overview

Led by an Adobe Certified Instructor, this hands-on Adobe Captivate training is designed to provide participants with the core skills necessary to create interactive eLearning and mLearning demonstrations and simulations. In addition to learning key concepts, students also learn best practices for creating and publishing projects. This course will take you through three e-learning projects: a demonstration, a simulation and a SCORM-compliant quiz.

 

Who Should Use Captivate?

Corporate training professionals, educators, instructional designers, and all types of business users with limited programming capabilities who want to create interactive product demos, application simulations, soft skill and compliance training, and mobile learning.

 

Available Courses

Course Title: Intro

Course Length: 3 days

Prerequisites

  • A practical working knowledge of Mac OS X or Windows
  • Basic Web knowledge

 

Course Title: Advanced

Course Length: 2 days

Prerequisites

  • A practical working knowledge of Mac OS X or Windows
  • Basic Web knowledge

 

Course Title: Comprehensive

Course Length: 5 days (Intro and Advanced taken consecutively)

Training Sessions

Class time is 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Breaks are provided throughout the day and lunch is typically scheduled 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Participants provide their own lunch.
