Project Management 101
Project Management 101 is an introduction and overview of Project Management for public or private business managers, technical managers and others who might be engaged in the development and execution of priority projects for their agency or concerns. The sessions provide key insights and understanding of Project Management phases and activities that encompass the identification and understanding of requirements to developing and executing a high priority project. The training will describe how to build and implement a project plant to ensure successful completion within project goals and baseline. It will also focus on how to establish a successful project team and avoid planning pitfalls, miscommunication and risks inherent in a high-priority project effort.
